含蜡原油管道停输再启动数值模拟触变流体的简化方法

Simplified Treatment on Thixotropic Fluid Based on Numerical Simulation Method for Shutdown and Restart-up of Waxy Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 在含蜡原油管道停输再启动过程的数值模拟中,对触变段采用何种处理方式,极大地影响着程序的运行速度。提出了一种处理原油触变性的简化算法,通过该算法模拟含蜡原油停输再启动过程,计算时间大幅度减少。

     

    Abstract: During numerical simulation of shutdown process or waxy hot oil pipeline, in which, treating way taken for thixotropic fluid will greatly influence the program running speed.A simplified algorithm to treat thixotropy of crude oil is presented.This algorithm can simulate the process of shutdown and restart-up of waxy oil pipeline with shorter computation time.
