Analysis on Influence of Throughput on Operation Economy of Hot Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 应用优化理论研究了输量对热油管道运行经济性的影响,获得了长度为410.5 km,管径为529 mm,壁厚为8 mm热油管道的最佳输量范围和运费随输量的变化关系,给出了不同工艺条件下系列输量点的最佳进站油温。计算结果表明:最佳进站油温随输量变化呈多波形变化,但多数计算点趋近于寻优搜索温度范围下限。随输量增加,运费总体呈下降趋势,表明采用较大输送流速对提高热油管道的运行经济性有利。

     

    Abstract: Influence of throughput on operation economy of hot oil pipeline is researched based on optimization.For a 529 mm × 8 mm hot oil pipeline with 410.5 km in length, the relationship of optimal throughput scope and transportation costs varied with throughput is obtained and optimal inlet temperature of series throughput points at different process conditions are given.Calculation results indicate that optimal inlet oil temperature appears multiple waveform changes with the throughput, however, the most calculation points tend to the lower limit of searching temperature scope.With increasing throughput, total transportation costs present a downtrend, which shows that higher transportation flowrate is favorable to the improvement of operation economy of the hot oil pipeline.
