盐穴地下储气库失效分析与预防措施

Failure Analysis of Underground Salt Cavern Gas Storage and Countermeasures

  • 摘要: 阐述了盐穴地下储气库失效的概念,确定将泄漏和传输能力下降作为盐穴地下储气库的2种失效模式;回顾了国内外盐穴地下储气库的失效事故,分析了失效原因,并对套管失效和盐岩蠕变等失效原因进行了详细分析;提出了盐穴地下储气库失效的预防措施,包括定期对注采井、套管及水泥环胶结的状态进行检测,加强注采井动态参量的监测,完善运行数据管理程序,开展盐穴体积收缩率的预测工作,在储气库设施和城市之间设置监控井等。

     

    Abstract: The failure conception of underground salt cavern gas storage is stated.Leakage and lower deliverability of underground salt cavern gas storage served as two failure modes are determined.Failure accidents of underground salt cavern gas storages at home and abroad are reviewed, failure causes are analyzed and summarized, and causes in casing failure and salt creep as main failure caused are analyzed in detail.Countermeasures against failure of underground salt cavern gas storage are proposed, including regular detection to injection-withdrawal well, cementation state between casing and cement, monitoring dynamic parameters about the injection withdrawal well and improving management procedure of operation data, predicting cavern closure rate, setting the monitoring well between facilities of gas storage and city.
