东部原油管网能耗问题分析

Energy Consumption Analysis on Eastern Oil Pipeline Network

  • 摘要: 针对目前东部原油管网存在的加热炉效率偏低、泵节流过大、能耗数据上传受限、动火和内检测作业频繁等问题, 分析了东部原油管网的主要能耗设备和能耗数据。根据分析结果, 制定了安装变频调速电机, 对设备实行单台计量, 规范计量校验制度和年检制度, 统筹安排内检测、动火、清管作业, 降低中朝输油管道加热油消耗等整改措施。

     

    Abstract: Investigations on Eastern Oil Pipeline Networks in China show that problems in low efficiency in heaters, serious throttle in pumps, limited energy consumption data transmission, fire work and frequent internal inspection etc. are existed. Analysis on main energy consumption equipments and energy consumption data of the networks are made. Based on analysis results, measures in technical improvement are laid down, which includes installing variable frequency and speed adjustment generators, individual metering for equipment, specifying metering/checkout system and annual inspection system, integrating planning operations like internal inspection, fire work and pipe pigging, and decreasing fuel oil consumption of China-North Korea Oil Pipeline as well.
