  • 摘要: 针对原油储罐实际运行过程中耗能严重和成本较高的问题, 将原油储罐温度场模型简化后进行数值模拟, 求出了二维非稳态导热情况下的温度场分布, 进而对罐壁保温层、罐顶保温层及油品装船过程进行了能耗分析。以实现节能降耗为目标, 论证了储罐双浮顶加保温层的可行性, 得到了罐壁最优保温层厚度、最优浮顶保温层位置以及最优装船温度等结果。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problem of high energy consumption and high cost of oil tank during its running, temperature filed model of oiltank is simplified to carry out numerical simulation Distribution of temperature field is obtained under the condition of two dimension unstable state heat conduction, and then analysis on energy consumption of insulators of tank wall and/or tank top and process of oil tanker loading as well is made. Taking realizing energy saving and energy consumption reduction as an objective, feasibility of installing insulator on double-roof of tank is demonstrated Optimized technical parameters in insulator thickness of tank wall, insulator location of floating roof and oil loading temperature of oil tanker etc. are obtained through calculation.
