Analysis on Abnormal Running Condition of PDS and Technology Improvement

  • 摘要: 概述了陕京输气管道大功率变频调速驱动系统(PDS)的构成及其应用情况, 介绍了负载换相电流源型变频器(LCI)的基本原理和优点。对PDS在运行过程中发生的异常工况进行了分析, 采取了有效的技术改进措施, 并在保障PDS冷却系统运行和PDS滤波装置设计方面提出了建议。

     

    Abstract: Constitution of PDS and its application in Shan-Jing Gas Transmission Pipeline are described, and basic principle and advantages of LCL are introduced. Abnormal running condition of PDS occurred during operation is analyzed. Effective technical improvement is taken based on analysis results. Some suggestions in ensuring cooling system running of PDS system and design of filtering device of PDS are proposed.
