热收缩带补口加热机具的研制

Development of Heating Tool for Joint Coating of Heat Shrinkable Sleeves

  • 摘要: 针对喷枪补口加热存在的热收缩带加热不均匀的问题,研制了以LPG催化燃烧为核心技术的管道热收缩带补口加热机具。现场试验证明,该机具加热均匀,各项指标均满足标准要求,且具有节能、省时、操作简单等特点,提高了管道的补口质量和效率,具有较强的工程实用性和较高的推广应用价值。

     

    Abstract: In the light of an uneven heating problem existed in joint coating with blowtorch heating of heat shrinkable sleeve, heating tool for heat shrinkable sleeve’s joint coating of pipeline, which takes LPG catalytic combustion as a kernel technology, is developed. Field experiment verifies that technical indexes of the tool meet the needs of relative codes and requirements, with characteristics of even heating, energy saving, time saving and easy operation, which increases the quality and effectiveness of pipeline joint coating. The tool is provided with stronger industrial applicability and favorable popularization and application.
