油品流量计检定中液体膨胀系数的计算

Calculation on Liquid Coefficient of Thermal Ex-pansion during Flowmeter Calibration of Petroleum Products

  • 摘要: 介绍了流量计的4种检定方法:体积管法、容积法、称量法和标准表法。根据国标GB/T1885—1998和API MPMSll.1—2004针对液体膨胀计算给出的修正系数,推导了流量计检定过程中液体膨胀系数的计算公式,从而有效消除油品的计算误差,提高计量检定数据的准确度。

     

    Abstract: Four kinds of calibration methods for flowmeter. that is. prover method,volume methods,weighing method and standard apparatus, are introduced. Based on given correction factors by the State Standard 《GB/T1885-1998》and API MPMS11.1-2004 on calculation of liquid coefficient of thermal expansion, calculation equation for it during flowmeter calibration are deduced, thus calculation errors of petroleum products can be effectively eliminated and accuracy of metering and calibration data can be increased.
