滑片泵在铁路罐车底油抽吸系统中存在的问题

Issues of Sliding Vane Pump Used in Residual Oil Unloading System of Railroad Tanker

摘要: 针对油库输油泵站滑片泵在铁路罐车卸油过程中存在的性能快速下降，甚至不能正常工作的情况，从设计、工艺、施工、管理及维护等多个方面分析了滑片泵在运行过程中存在的问题，找到了滑片泵铁路罐车底油抽吸系统性能下降的主要原因，提出了具体的技术改造措施。

Abstract: In the light of the problems of fast performance degradation of sliding vane pump during unloading operation,even unable to work, technical analysis on running process of sliding vane pump are carried out in the facets of design, technology, installation, management and maintenance.Performance degradation causes of sliding vane pump used in residual oil unloading system for railroad tanker are discovered and special technical reform measures are presented.
