高腐蚀性油气田用双金属复合管

Double Compound Metal Pipe Used in High Corrosion Oil and Gas Fields

  • 摘要: 介绍了双金属复合管的结构特点与生产工艺,总结了其技术优势和经济优势,分析了双金属复合管的应用现状与存在问题,提供了双金属复合管国内外的具体应用实例。认为要在更大范围内推广应用双金属复合管,必须解决耐蚀合金内衬层选用、基管选用评价、双金属复合管的连接和内外层结合强度的评价四个技术问题。

     

    Abstract: Structure performance and manufacturing technology of double compound metal pipe are introduced and its technology and economic advantages are summarized. The paper analyzes application situation and problem existed in the pipe and concrete application cases of this pipe at home and abroad are provided. It is considered that if this pipe will be used of wider scope, four technical issues in optimal corrosion resistance internal alloy liner, selection and assessment of base metal pipe, connection of double compound metal pipe and evaluation of jointing strength between internal and external pipes have to be solved at the same time.
