Practical Methods for SL Coating Leak Detector of Buried Pipeline

  • 摘要: 在使用SL地下管道防腐层检漏仪对管道进行定位和防腐层检测的过程中,常遇到目标管道信号偏移、拾取信号偏弱、有效检测距离难以确定、复杂管网漏点定位不准确等疑难问题。总结了使用SL地下管道防腐层检测仪的检测经验,介绍了仪器在确定检测范围、防腐层漏点检测、防腐层开挖验证、复杂管网漏点检测的实用方法和技巧。

     

    Abstract: During pipeline location and coating detection with SL Coating Leak Detector of buried pipeline, some puzzling issues are often existed such as signal drifting of target pipeline, weak signal picked up, difficult to determine effective detection distance and inaccurate holidays location in complicated pipeline networks. Detection experience from application of the detector is summarized, and practical methods and skills in adopting the detector in determining detection scope, holiday inspection for coating, digging verification for coating and holiday detection for complicated pipeline networks are introduced.
