BZ28-2S Mixed Heavy Crude Oil and Characteristics of its Emulsion

  • 摘要: 针对BZ28-2S稠油海底混输管道混合稠油的掺水乳化问题,测试了BZ28-2S混合原油及其不同含水率乳状液的流变性,评价了W/O型乳状液的乳化反相特性,提出乳状液反相点是一个条件性参数,分析了W/O型乳状液发生反相的原因。研究结果可为混合稠油的掺水输送提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to water bIending emulsion issue of BZ28-2S Heavy Crude Oil in mixed transportation with submarine pipeline, the oil and its emulsion's rheology at different water cut are tested, inversed phase emulsification characteristics of W/O emulsion is evaluated and the inversed phase point of emulsion is considered as a condition parameter.Cause analysis on inversed phase of W/O emulsion is made.The research achievement can be taken as a reference for wafer blending transportation of mixed heavy crude oil.
