临沧线添加减阻剂试验

DRA Injection Test in LinCang Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 在临沧线开展了添加减阻剂试验,结果表明,添加不同浓度的HG减阻剂均可以取得较好的增输效果。分析了减阻剂对原油粘度的影响及弯头和阀门对减阻效果的影响,由于东光输油站经历了6个弯头和1个阀门的剪切,致使减阻效率衰减了44.7%。

     

    Abstract: DRA injection test is carried out in LinCang Oil Pipeline.Result shows that obvious throughput increase effect can be obtained by means of injecting HG DRA with different concentration.Influence of DRA on viscosity of crude oil and that of bend and valve on dray reduction effectiveness are analyzed.Because the DRA is sheared by 6 bends and one valve in Dongguang Pumping station, drag reduction rate is decayed to 44.7%.
