有剪切历史和热历史加剂原油的流变性

Rheology of PPD-added Crude Oil with Shear History and Heating History

  • 摘要: 基于对铁大线加剂大庆原油的管流剪切和过泵剪切的模拟试验,研究了剪切作用对有剪切历史和热历史加剂原油粘度和凝点的影响规律。管流剪切模拟试验表明,剪切作用对加剂原油粘度的影响在35℃左右时最大;过泵剪切模拟试验表明,剪切作用对加剂原油粘度的影响在38~40℃时最大。另外,剪切温度和剪切时间也会对加剂原油的凝点产生显著影响。

     

    Abstract: Based on siulamtion experiment of pipe flow shear and pump shear on PPD-added Daqing Crude Oil in TieDa Oil Pipeline, influence law of shear function on viscosity and set point of PPD-added crude oil with shear history and heating history is researched.Simulation result on pipe flow shear shows that influence of shear function on viscosity of PPD-added crude oil around 35℃ is most obvious; simulation result on pump shear shows that influence of shear function on viscosity of PPD—acdded crude oil at 38—40℃ is most obvious.In addition, shear temperature and shear time also remarkably influence the set point of PPD-added crude oil.
