陕京输气管道配套储气库冬季调峰优化

Optimization of Winter Peak Shaving for Mating Underground Gas Storage of Shanxi-Bejing Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 环境温度、节假日等因素对北京市天然气用气量的影响显著,特别在冬季采暖期,用气不均衡性问题比较突出。针对陕京输气管道系统的技术现状和供销气特点,冬季调峰采用了管道末段调峰和储气库调峰相结合的方式。在管道末段调峰能力受限的条件下,对大港储气库群的调峰方式进行了优化,有效解决了京津冀冬季用气调峰问题。

     

    Abstract: Factors such as ambient temperature, festivals and holidays will remarkably influence on gas consumption of Beijing City, especially during heating period in winter season, disequilibrium in gas consumption is a big problem.Aiming at the characteristics in technological actualities, gas supply and marketing of Shanxi-Beijing Gas Transmission Pipeline System, winter peak shaving method with gas storage in end pipe-section combined with underground gas storage is adopted.Under the condition of limited peak shaving capacity with the end pipe-section method, optimization on peak shaving method for Dagang Underground Gas Storage is carried out, which effectively solves the problem of winter gas consumption and peak shaving in Beijing City, Tianjin City and Hebei Province.
