降凝剂对原油蜡晶的影响
Research of the Relationship between Pour Point Depressant and Wax in Crude Oil

摘要: 通过X射线衍射技术对原油加剂改性过程进行了定量研究, 结果表明, 加剂原油与未加剂原油形成的蜡晶类型一致, 均为斜方晶体, 但加剂原油的蜡晶比未加剂原油的蜡晶大; 加剂原油蜡晶的晶面距离在不同方向上均比未加剂原油的蜡晶晶面距离小, 表明加剂原油的蜡晶比未加剂原油的蜡晶更加致密, 有利于改善原油的流动性; 蜡晶在垂直于碳链方向上的晶面距离随着温度的升高而加大, 而蜡晶在平行于碳链方向上的晶面距离与温度无关。Abstract: Quantitative research on modification process of PPD-added crude oil is made through X-ray diffraction technique.Results show that wax crystallization types of crude oil for origin crude oil and PPD-added crude oil are all orthorhombic system.However, the size of wax crystallizations for PPD-added crude oil are larger than that of origin crude oil; the inter-planar spacing of crystallizations for PPD-added crude oil is less than that of origin crude oil; the wax crystallizations of PPD-added crude oil are more compact than that of origin crude oil, which is helpful for improving rheological characteristic of crude oil; inter-planar spacing of crystallization increases with the temperature in vertical carbochain, but the inter-planar spacing of crystallizations are not related to the temperature increase in parallel carbochain.
