Failure Analysis on Crude Oil Transfer Pumps at CEPA Platform and Treatments

  • 摘要: 介绍了汽蚀的概念和与汽蚀余量有关的参数, 分析了海上油田CEPA平台原油外输泵产生汽蚀的原因, 指出汽蚀是导致该外输泵出现振动、噪声等运行不平稳现象的主要原因。从外输泵机组本身处理方案和改善泵吸入状况两方面介绍了解决外输泵汽蚀的方法, 可为其他平台解决外输泵汽蚀故障提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Concept of cavitation and parameters on NPSH(net positive suction head)are introduced and analysis is carried out on reasons resulting from caviation in crude oil transfer pumps at CEPA platform.It is pointed out that the cavitation is a major reason for unstable operation phenomena occurred in the transfer pump such as oscillation and noise.The paper covers a method to solve the issue of pump caviation from two aspects including a scheme treating the pump unit itself and improvement on suction status of the transfer pump, which provides a reference for the pumps of other platforms in caviation fault elimination.
