Abstract: In the light of hidden troubles existed in enclosure facilities of tanks in tankfarm, significance in strengthening construction and management of enclosure facilities is described from design & construction quality, daily care and operation regulations. Technical requirements for installing or technically reforming enclosure facilities of tankfarm are proposed and suggestions in enhancing safety management of the enclosure facilities are presented.
