原油流量计检定中的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures in Calibration of Oil Flowmeters

  • 摘要: 提出了车载活塞式体积管在原油流量计(腰轮流量计、双转子流量计和刮板流量计)现场检定中存在的问题, 分析了流量计质量、运行工况、检定工艺流程以及环境因素对流量计检定的影响。根据分析结果, 制定了降低计量检定误差的解决对策, 可以有效提高原油流量计检定工作的效率和质量, 维护原油交接双方的经济利益。

     

    Abstract: Field calibration problems existed in car-mounted piston-type liquid prover of crude oil flowmeter (Roots flowmeter, duplex rotor flowmeter and scratch flowmeter) are presented. Influencing factors of flowmeters' quality, running condition, calibration process and environment on calibrating procedure of the flowmeters are analyzed. According to analysis results, countermeasures to reduce calibration error in oil metering are laid down, which can effectively raise efficiency and quality in the calibration of crude oil flowmeter and safeguard economic interests between two sides of oil custody transferring.
