长输管道加热设备换烧燃煤的可行性

Feasibility Study on Substituting Coal for Crude Oil for Heating Equipment of Long-distance Pipelines

  • 摘要: 通过调研烧煤加热设备和输油生产管理单位, 就长输热油管道能否使用烧煤加热设备、具体烧煤设备的确定以及能否降低输油成本等可行性问题进行了深入研究。研究结果认为, 受原油与煤炭价格区间以及管理机制等多种因素的限制, 国内长输原油管道各站场原有的加热设备不适宜开展烧煤加热设备的换烧工作。

     

    Abstract: Through investigation on coal-fired heating equipment and oil transportation management companies, feasibility study is carried out deeply in utilizing coal-fired equipment, determining special coal-fired equipment and decreasing oil transporting cost by using coal-fired heating equipment.Resultsshow that subject to various restrictions in price of oil and coal as well as management mechanism, the heating equipment existed in pipeline pumping stations or gas compressor stations in China could not be replaced by the coal-fired heating equipment.
