Grade Estimation of Safety Condition for Hydrogen Corrosion of LPG Tanks

  • 摘要: 液化石油气(LPG) 储罐在湿硫化氢环境中可能产生HB、HIC、SSCC和SOHIC四种开裂形式的氢腐蚀, 而TSGR7001—2004《压力容器定期检验规则》只提及一部分开裂形式的评级方法。分析了湿硫化氢环境中不同氢腐蚀形式的产生原因; 提出LPG储罐检验后, HB、SSCC、SOHIC应独立进行安全等级评定, HIC可根据其在压力容器壁厚方向的发展状况, 参考HB或SOHIC进行评定。

     

    Abstract: In wet sulfureted hydrogen environment, hydrogen corrosion of 4-kind of cracking types, that is, HB, HIC, SSCC and SOHIC will probably produce in LPG tanks, however, grade estimation method of cracking type is only mentioned partially in TSG R7001-2004《Regulation on Pressure Vessel Regular Inspection》. Origins for different hydrogen corrosions in wet sulfureted hydrogen environment are analyzed. It is pointed out that after inspection of LPG tank, grade estimation of safe condition on HB, SSCC and SOHIC should be carried out individually. As for HIC, the estimation should be made based on its developing condition in wall thickness direction of pressure vessel by referring to that of HB or SOHIC.
