LabWindows-based Backpressure Real-time Control System of Pipelines

  • 摘要: 介绍了管道通球背压实时控制系统的结构, 分析了系统部件的功能。指出该系统以管道压力为主要控制目标, 通过高速USB数据采集卡, 对压力传感器进行数据采集, 以PID算法合理地调控压力, 同时以曲线方式在上位机连续显示压力信息, 实时与PC机进行通信和状态设定; 上位机程序采用图形化编程语言LabWindows/CVI。该系统已在兰郑长成品油管道工程中投入应用。运行实践表明, 该系统能够在通球过程中较好地控制和监测管道背压, 并可应用于其他压力控制场合。

     

    Abstract: Structure of backpressure Real-time Control System for pipeline pigging is introduced and functions of the system's components is analyzed. It is pointed out that this system takes pipeline pressure as primary control objective, gathers data from pressure sensor through super-speed UBS data acquisition card, rationally regulates and controls pressure with PID algorithm, meanwhile, continuously displays pressure data with curve mode in principal computer and communicates to PC and sets some state in real-time mode; the program of principal computer adopts LabWindows/CVI. The system has been put into operation in Lanzhou-Zhengzhou-Changsha Products Pipeline. Field application shows that the system can effectively control and monitor backpressure of pipeline during pipeline pigging operation, and moreover, the system can be used in other pressure control occasion of pipeline.
