忠武管道输气站场雷击原因与整改措施

Cause Analysis of Lightning Stroke at Gas Compressor Stations in Zhongxian-Wuhan Gas Transmission Pipeline and Technical Reform Measures

  • 摘要: 介绍了忠武管道输气站场雷击事故概况, 对防雷系统在设计与施工中存在的缺陷进行了调研和分析。有针对性地提出了具体的技术整改措施, 对输气站建筑物、配电系统包括信号系统、等电位连接、屏蔽线路、接地系统进行了技术改造。改造后的防雷系统运行正常, 有效提高了忠武管道输气站场运行的安全性。

     

    Abstract: General situation of lightning stroke accidents in gas compressor stations in Zhongxian-Wuhan Gas Transmission Pipeline are introduced, and defects in design and construction of anti-lightning system are investigated and analyzed. Special technology reform measures against lightning stroke are worked out. Technology reform on station constructions and power distribution systems including signal system, equal potential connection, shielded cable and grounding system are carried out. Reformed results show that anti-lightning stroke system keeps steady operation state, which effectively increase operating safety of gas compressor stations in Zhongxian-Wuhan Gas Transmission Pipeline.
