带压堵漏技术及其在油库中的应用

Hot-plugging Technology and its Application in Tankfarms

  • 摘要: 概述了我国带压堵漏技术的发展现状, 指出带压堵漏技术在油库管道的应用不够普遍。对带压粘结堵漏技术、带压注剂堵漏技术和带压焊接堵漏技术在技术特点和适用范围等方面进行了对比。重点介绍了新型带压注剂堵漏技术的原理、施工工艺和注意事项, 应用实例表明, 该技术适用于油库库内管道的不停产堵漏。

     

    Abstract: Development situation of hot-plugging technology in China is summarized. It is pointed out that application of hot-plugging technology has not been widely used in the pipeline of tankfarms. Technical characteristics and applicable scope for hot-plugging technology, hot-plugging adhesives-injection technology and hot-plugging welding technology are compared. Principle, operation process and issues for the new-type hot-plugging adhesives-injection technology are introduced emphatically. Application example shows that the technology is suitable for on-line plugging of the pipeline in tankfarms.
