特石超稠油管道增输技术研究

Study on Throughput Increasing Technology of TeShi Supper Heavy Crude Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对辽河油田曙光超稠油的特性及其管输现状, 根据双螺杆泵的结构特点, 理论分析了泵频率和螺旋导程对泵排量的影响。采用改变泵频率和/或螺旋导程的方法, 实现了泵排量的调节。实际运行结果表明, 通过同时增大泵频率和螺旋导程的方法, 可以大大提高单泵的最大输量和管道年输量, 实现了提高特石管道输油能力的目标。采用泵变频与变导程方法提高特石超稠油管道的输量, 具有显著的社会经济效益, 而且安全可靠, 可供类似输油管道参考。

     

    Abstract: In the light of properties of Shuguang Supper Heavy Crude Oil produced in Liaohe Oilfield and current situation of pipeline transportation, based on structural features of twin-screw pump, theoretical analysis on influence of pump frequency and helical lead on pump displacement is made. By means of changing pump frequency and/or helical lead, pump displacement regulation is realized. Actual operating results show that through increasing pump frequency and helical lead simultaneously, maximum throughput for individual pump and annual throughput of pipeline can be achieved, which realize the goal of increasing transportation capacity of TeShi Supper Heavy Crude Oil Pipeline. It is considered that remarkable social effect and economic benefit can be provided with increasing the throughput of TeShi Supper Heavy Crude Oil Pipeline by means of frequency-variable and helical lead-variable pump, and safety and reliability can be seen in actual operation, which can provide a reference for the same oil pipelines.
