突变管段油水两相流的流动模拟

Flowing Simulation for Oil-water Two-phase Flow of Reducing Pipe Section

  • 摘要: 利用FLUENT软件模拟了油水两相流在突变管段中的流动, 结果表明, 在管径突变段管内流体的压力、速度有明显变化, 且变化程度受到流体中油相含量的影响。通过模拟得到了油水两相流处于不同油相含量时在突扩管和突缩管中的流动规律, 可为油水两相流输送管道的生产运行提供必要的参考。

     

    Abstract: Flowing of oil-water two-phase flow in reducing pipe section is simulated with FLUENT software. Simulation results show that pressure and flow rate of fluid in reducing pipe section are obviously varied, and moreover, varied degree is subject to oil-phase content in the fluid. Through flowing simulation, flowing law for oil-water two-phase flow with different oil-phase content in sudden expansion pipe and sudden reducing pipes are discovered, which can be provide as an important reference for the operation of oil-water two-phase flow pipelines.
