输气管道水力摩阻因数计算

Calculation on Hydraulic Friction Coefficient of Gas Transmission Pipelines

  • 摘要: 分析了Colebrook-White、Prandtl、Panhandle等紊流区摩阻因数计算公式的适用条件, 并将目前广泛应用的Colebrook-White公式与其他几个公式进行了对比。选用Colebrook-White公式, 利用西气东输管道现场实测数据, 反算了管道的实际摩阻因数。通过对比分析发现, 在所研究的流量范围内, 实际摩阻因数随雷诺数增大而减小的速率大于Colebrook-White公式的计算结果, 而其变化趋势与Prandtl和Panhandle(A)相似; 在整个流量范围内, 选用Panhandle(A)对西气东输管道进行仿真模拟的误差最小。提出了GERE摩阻因数的新型计算公式, 并将其与Colebrook-White公式进行了对比。

     

    Abstract: Suitable conditions of equations about Colebrook-White, Panhandtl and Panhandle, etc. in calculating friction coefficient of turbulent zone are analyzed and comparison on wide applied Colebrook-White equation with other equations are carried out. Based on experimental data, actual friction coefficient of West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline are backcalculated with Colebrook-White equation. Comparison and analysis results show that within the researched flowrate scope, the rate of actual friction coefficient decreased with the increase of Reynolds number is greater than Colebrook-White equation's, while its variation tendency is similar to that of Panhandtl and Panhandle(A), and within the whole flowrate scope, simulation error from Panhandle(A) for the pipeline is minimum. New equation for GERE friction coefficient is presented and compared with Colebrook-White equation.
