管道输油泵站水平衡测试与节能分析

Water Balance Measurement and Energy Saving Analysis of Pipeline Pumping Stations

  • 摘要: 针对国内输油泵站日益增多, 总体耗水量逐渐增大的问题, 在某输油泵站开展了水平衡测试, 以挖掘节水潜力。叙述了水平衡测试过程, 从泵站用水状况、年度测试结果、日用水测试汇总等方面分析了测试结果, 提出了输油泵站合理用水的措施。

     

    Abstract: With the construction of more and more pumping stations in China, total water consumption is gradually increased. In the light of the issue, water balance measurement in some pumping station is carried out in order to tap further potentialities in water saving. The process of water balance measurement is described and measurement results are analyzed from water utilization condition, annual measurement results, living water measurement summary, etc.. Rational water consumption measures are presented for pumping stations.
