用细管式流变仪测量超稠油的流变性

Metering Rheology of Super Heavy Oil with Fine Tubular Rheometer

  • 摘要: 针对辽河油田超稠油物性“三高一低”的特点, 用自行设计的细管式流变仪研究了超稠油的流变特性。根据实测粘温曲线, 回归得到了超稠油的粘温方程。通过试验确定了80~90℃超稠油的流体类型, 认为80℃为超稠油牛顿流与非牛顿流的转变点。归纳得出了超稠油流变方程, 并根据超稠油的流变曲线回归得到了不同温度条件下超稠油牛顿流的粘度计算公式。

     

    Abstract: Rheology property of a kind of super heavy oil from Liaohe Oilfield characterized by high gravity, high viscosity, high asphaltene and resin and low wax content is studied with a self-designed fine tubular rheomeer. Based on measured viscosity-temperature curve of the super heavy oil, viscosity-temperature equation is obtained by regression method. Fluid type of the super heavy oil at 80~90℃ is determined through experiment. It is considered that the transition point of the super heavy oil between Newtonian fluid and non-newtonian fluid is at 80℃. Rheological equation for the super heavy oil is gained by regression method, and according to the rheological curve, viscosity calculation equation for the super heavy oil's Newtonian fluid at different temperatures is got by means of regression method.
