调节阀在模拟长距离管道工况中的应用

Application of Regulating Valves in Simulating Operation Condition of Long-distance Pipelines

  • 摘要: 分析了长距离管道水力特性和调节阀的工作流量特性, 提出了以短管道和调节阀配合使用模拟长距离管道运行工况的原理控制方法, 即通过对比调节阀两端的理论压差和实际压差, 确定阀门开度, 再通过控制和执行机构调节阀门开度, 得到模拟流量, 进而实现短管道加调节阀模拟长距离管道工况。该方式用于管道运行与管理人员的培训, 可提高训练水平, 降低训练成本。

     

    Abstract: Hydrodynamic performance and working flow characteristics of regulating valves of long-distance pipeline are analyzed. The paper proposes a principle control method on simulating operation condition of a long-distance pipeline through a short pipeline section incorporated with the regulating valve, that is. simulation of operation condition is carried out by means of comparingtheory pressure difference and actual pressure difference between both ends of the regulating valve to determine the opening of the regulating valve, then regulating the opening of the regulating valve through control and actuating element to get simulated flowrate. and thus realize the above-mentioned operation condition finally. This method can be adopted in training of pipelineoperators and managers with high training level and low training costs.
