便携式超声波检测仪在压缩机站场中的应用

Application of Portable Ultrasonic Wave Detectors at Compressor Stations

  • 摘要: 介绍了应用便携式超声波仪进行压缩机站设备的外漏、内漏检测, 以及电机轴承的监测实例, 列举了检测数据。指出应用便携式超声波检测方法可快速检测和查找出设备隐患和缺陷, 提高工作效率, 适用于输气管道站场日、周、月的设备检查、维修保养和抢险作业。

     

    Abstract: Ultrasonic wave detectors can be used to monitor external and/or internal leakage of compressor units and motor bearings atcompressor stations. Monitoring cases are given and detection data are listed. It is pointed out that depending on the ultrasound wave detector, hidden trouble and defects in compressor units can be rapidly detected and found out. which can enhance working efficiency. The detector is suitable for the inspection, maintenance and emergency activities on daily, weekly and monthly basis atthe compressor station of gas pipelines.
