压重袋在大口径管道稳管中的应用

Application of Ballasting Bags In Anchoring of Large-diameter Pipelines

  • 摘要: 介绍了预制混凝土覆壁管技术和聚丙烯压重袋技术, 结合实例对两种技术进行了经济性对比。结果表明, 聚丙烯压重袋技术优于预制混凝土覆壁管技术, 可适用于各种地形, 且施工工期短、安装方便、费用低, 为解决油气管道加重稳管问题提供了新的思路。

     

    Abstract: External-wall concrete-covered pipe technique and polypropylene ballasting bag technique are introduced, and economy comparison is carried out between actual cases of the two techniques. Comparison results show that polypropylene ballasting bag technique is superior over the external -wall concrete-covered pipe technique. The former can be used in every type of terrainswith characteristics of short construction period, simple installation and low costs. It is considered that the technique provides a solution in anchoring of oil and gas pipelines.
