天然气减阻剂性能测试环道

Performance Testing Loop of Natural Gas DRA

  • 摘要: 阐述了室内天然气减阻剂性能测试环道的工作原理, 介绍了环道系统的水力学特征, 分析了测试误差形成的原因与消除方法。应用该环道系统对室内合成的天然气减阻剂样品进行了性能测试, 并筛选出最佳天然气减阻率样品, 可为天然气减阻剂产品提供评价手段。

     

    Abstract: Operating principle of performance testing loop for laboratory evaluation of natural gas DRA is described, hydrodynamiccharacteristics of the loop system are introduced and cause of test error produced and its elimination are analyzed. It is considered that utilizing the loop system to conduct performance testing on DRA sample synthetized in laboratory and sift a DRA sample of optimized reduction drag rate can provide an evaluation tool for DRA product of natural gas.
