易凝高粘原油乳状悬浮液分散体系研究

Research on Dispersion System of Emulsion-suspending Liquid of Waxy and High Viscosity Crude Oil

  • 摘要: 在相对高的温度下配制稳定性良好的易凝高粘原油乳状液, 当温度下降时, 乳状液转化为稳定的悬浮液分散体系。研究认为, 该乳状悬浮液分散体系的表观粘度随温度的降低略有波动, 整个分散体系表现出幂律流体的性质。研究了乳化剂类型和浓度、乳化温度、重复加热、降温速率、剪切强度对整个分散体系稳定性的影响。

     

    Abstract: Emulsion with favorable stability of waxy and high viscosity crude oil is prepared at relatively high temperature and theemulsion translates into stable suspending liquid dispersion system after the temperature falls. Research results show that the apparent viscosity of the emulsion-suspending liquid dispersion system produces a slight fluctuation with the decrease of temperature and the whole dispersion system shows a behavior of power-law fluid. Influence of emulsifier's type andconcentration, emulsifying temperature, repeat heating, temperature drop rate and shear strength on the stability of overall dispersion system is analyzed.
