注水开发油田结垢影响因素分析

Analysis of Scaling Influencing Factor on Water Injection System in Water-injected Oilfield

  • 摘要: 注水开发油田的注水系统结垢是油田生产中常见的问题, 严重影响生产安全。全面分析了温度、流体流动速度、水质硬度、含盐量、pH值、压力、离子浓度、矿化度等因素对注水系统结垢的影响, 获得了有助于指导油田注水生产、降低成本、提高原油生产率的分析结果。

     

    Abstract: Scaling of water-injected system in the development of the oilfield is a common problem, which badly impacts on the safety of oil production. Based on the study of related articles at home and abroad, the influence of temperature, flowing viscosity of fluid.hardness of water, salt content. pH value, pressure, ion concentration and water salinity on the scaling of water-injected system is analyzed and results obtained will help to instruct safe running of water injection, reduce cost and increase oil productivity.
