含H2S/CO2气田油套管腐蚀与防护技术

Casing Steel Corrosion in H2S/CO2-contained Gas Field and Its Protection Technology

  • 摘要: 基于对国内外近几年对含H2S/CO2气田腐蚀最新研究成果的总结, 阐述了该类气田的腐蚀概念和腐蚀特征, 列举了含H2S/CO2气田油套管通常发生的四种腐蚀类型, 包括失重腐蚀、硫化物应力开裂、氢致开裂和应力腐蚀开裂, 分析了各种腐蚀的主要影响因素。指出含H2S/CO2气田油套管的腐蚀是由多种腐蚀介质导致的综合腐蚀, 在高温高压环境下, 多种因素强烈的交互作用使高酸性气田的腐蚀机理和过程变得异常复杂。提出了几种具有发展前景的防腐措施。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the latest research achievements on the corrosion of H2S/CO2-contained gas field in recent years athome and abroad, describes corrosion conceptions and features in H2S/CO2-contained gas field and lists 4 types of corrosions commonly produced in casing steel in H2S/SO2- contained gas field, including weight loss corrosion, sulfide stress cracking (SSC), hydrogen induced cracking (HIC) and stress corrosion crack (SCC), and analyzes main influencing factors on thecorrosions. It is pointed out that the corrosion of casing steel in H2S/CO2-contained gas field is a kind of comprehensive corrosion resulted in multiple corrosive mediums, and strong interaction between multiple factors makes corrosion mechanism and the process of the high-sulfur content in the H2S/CO2-contained gas field quite complicated under the condition of high-temperature andhigh-pressure environment. Some anti-corrosion measures with developing prospect are proposed in the paper.
