输气管道站场的节能降耗措施

Energy Saving and Consumption Lowering Measures for Gas Pipeline Stations

  • 摘要: 以忠武输气管道湘潭站为例, 从自来水给水系统流程的实用性设置、污水处理系统的自控设计、主要耗能设备的优化运行和站场日常工作精细化管理角度, 总结了输气站场节能降耗工作中采取的技术改进措施和取得的经验, 可以有效促进输气管道站场综合经济效益的提高。

     

    Abstract: Taking the Xiangtan Compressor Station in Zhongxian-Wuhan Gas Transmission Pipeline as an example, from the angle of practical setup of water supply system flow, automation design of sewage disposal system, optimized running of primary energy consumption equipments and fining management of daily operating for compressor station, technical improvement methods taken and experiences obtained in the process of energy saving and consumption lowering work of compressor station are summarized, which can effectively promote the raising of comprehensive economic results for compressor station of gas transmission pipeline.
