焦炭塔溢流储水罐负压变形原因

Analysis on Cause of Negative Pressure Deformation of Coke Tower's Overflow Water Tank

  • 摘要: 以某炼厂焦炭塔溢流储水罐发生储罐抽瘪事故为例, 分析了事故原因和设备存在的问题。首先, 水未充满焦炭塔便改为溢流运行, 使大量水蒸气进入储罐, 导致罐内压力上升; 其次, 高温溢流水与水蒸气和油气同时进入储罐, 液面上升进一步导致罐内压力上升; 随后, 泡焦结束放出的低温水进入储罐, 其中的水蒸气和油气冷凝体积急剧收缩, 导致罐内负压变形。基于上述分析结果, 从技术改造、工艺设计、呼吸阀的选用等方面提出了整改方法和预防措施。

     

    Abstract: Taking the negative pressure deformation of coke tower's overflow water tank of some refinery as an example, the accident cause and problems existed in equipment are analyzed.In the first, overflowing operating initiats when water is not yet fulfilled the coke tower, vast vapour enters into storage tank, which results in the tank's pressure going up, secondly, high-temperature overflow water with vapour and oil vapor simultaneously enter into the tank, and tank level rise, which further lead the inner pressure of tank to rise; and afterwards, low-temperature water drained off from coke water soaking process enters into the tank, condensation volume of vapour and oil vapour in it rapid contract, which result in negative pressure deformation of the tank.Based on above analysis results, rectification method and precaution measures are put forward from technical improvement, process design and selection of breather valve.
