涩北首站燃压机组故障处理与安全运行

Trouble and Troubleshooting of Compressor-turbine Units in Sebei Initial Station

  • 摘要: 针对涩北首站燃压机组运行中发生的停机事故, 分析了压缩机出口温度变送器故障、压差变送器失效、干气密封过滤器差压过高等故障, 认为在压气站的设计中, 应对放空系统、卧式分离器、控制阀等各类辅助设备的设置、性能与使用予以全面考虑。提出了保证燃压机组的安全运行措施, 可为输气管道压气站的设计和安全运行提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to halt accident of compressor unit during operating in Sebei Initial Compressor Station, cause analysis is carried out on trouble of outlet temperature transmitter of compressor, failure of differential pressure transmitter, and overhigh differential pressure of dry-gas seal filter.It is considered that in the design of compressor station configuration, performance and utilization for evacuation system, horizontal separator and control valve should be comprehensively considered.Safety operation measures for compressor sets are proposed, which can provide a reference to design and operation for compressor station of gas pipeline.
