LPG储存系统的安全设计

Safety Design of LPG Storage System

  • 摘要: 基于液化石油气(LPG) 闪点低、燃烧值高、爆炸速度快、膨胀系数高的特点, 综合当前针对LPG储存采取的常规安全措施和LPG压力储存系统的设计现状, 总结了LPG储罐和配套工艺管网在设计方面存在的不足之处, 提出了具体的改进措施, 涉及人孔、排污口、紧急切断阀的设置, 转输泵、储罐第一道阀门、仪表设备的选用, 流量计旁通管道和仪表控制系统的功能要求等。

     

    Abstract: LPG is characterized by low flash point, high combustion value, fast detonation velocity and high expansion coefficient.In view of current conventional safe measures taken on LPG storage and design status quo in LPG pressure storage system, shortcomings existed in the design of LPG tank and assembly process pipeline networks are summarized, and specific improvement measures are presented, which involves in manhole, drain outlet, configuration of emergeny cut-off valves, transfusion pump, the first valve of LPG tank, selection of instrumentations, by-pass pipeline of flowmeter and function requirements of instrument control system.
