册子岛原油码头靠泊低吨级油船的可行性

Feasibility Study on Low Tonner Oil Tankers Anchoring at Cezidao Oil Wharf

  • 摘要: 在不改动册子岛30×104吨级原油码头现有设备设施的前提下, 论证了直接靠泊3×104吨级及其以下吨位油船的可行性, 总结了3×104吨级及其以下吨位的原油船与册子岛码头原设计靠泊船型在船型尺度、载重吨位和撞击力、靠离泊操纵、自然条件等方面的差异, 分析了靠船墩间距的适应性、靠船墩护舷位置与油船干舷部在垂直位置上的适应性及系泊缆绳角度和长度的适应性, 提出了相应的处理对策。

     

    Abstract: Feasibility to directly moor alongside for 30 000 tonner or below oil tankers is demonstrated in the precondition of keeping current equipments and facilities for 30 000 tonner oil tanker wharf in Cezidao.Differences between 30 000 tonner or below oil tankers and original desinged mooring vessel's form of Cezidao Wharf in vessel's form size, deadweight tonnage and impact force, control of moor alongside and unberthing and natural condition are summarized, and adaptabilities in the space between mooringdolphins, the wood fender position and topside in vertical position and the angle and length of mooring lines are analylized, and relative management measures are proposed.
