Stress Analysis and Structure Optimization on Large Diameter X80 Tee Joints

  • 摘要: 利用非线性有限元分析技术和双线性材料模型, 分析了大口径三通两个应力集中区域的应力分布特性。利用VS2005、ANSYS和Pro/E开发了三通优化模块, 给出了优化结果, 得到了合理的三通结构, 可以有效降低三通的应力集中程度。分析了壁厚、支管半径与三通最优结构参数之间的关系, 为高钢级三通热压成型工艺参数优化提供了参考依据。

     

    Abstract: Taking advantage of nolinear finite element analysis technique and bilinear material model, stress distribution characteristics of big-diameter straight tee in two stress concentration ares is analyzed.By means of VS2005, ANSYS and Pro/E, optimized module for straight tee is developed and rational structure for straight tee is obtained, which can effectively decrease stress concentration level of straight tee.Relationship between pipe thickness, branch pipe's radius and optimized structure parameters of straight tee is analyzed, which offer a reference basis to process parameter optimization of hot press molding for high-grade steel straight tee.
