玻璃钢输水管道最佳经济管径的确定方法

Determination Method for Optimized Economic Pipe Diameter of Water Pipelines Made from Fiberglass-Reinforced Plastics

  • 摘要: 以管道年费用折算值为目标函数, 建立了玻璃钢输水管道技术经济计算的目标函数公式。分析了变量关系, 认为流速和管径直接影响输水管道的建设费用。根据管道输水的动力形式分类, 分别针对压力管道和重力流管道进行了经济管径的计算分析。引入了界限流量的概念, 给出了输水管道的近似优化计算公式。

     

    Abstract: Considering referred value of pipeline's annual cost as the object function, object function equations of economic technology calculation for fiberglass-reinforced plastics pipeline are established.Based on analysis of the variation relationship, it is considered that flowrate and pipe diameter directly influence the construction cost of water pipeline.According to classification of water transportation forms, calculation and analysis on economic pipe diamter for pressure pipeline and gravity flow pipeline are made.Conception of algorithms flowrate are introduced in the calculation, and approach optimized equations for water pipeline are given.
