Application of Dry-Gas Seal in West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了干气密封的基本结构和工作原理, 给出了西气东输管道干气密封气质过滤单元、压力调节和流量控制单元、泄漏量监控单元、隔离气供给单元的技术要求。对红柳站、山丹站、哈密站压缩机组干气密封失效的原因进行了分析。采用气体处理装置(GCU) 代替前置过滤器, 解决了压缩机干气密封失效的问题。提出了干气密封运行工况的日常监测要求。

     

    Abstract: Basic structure and working principle of dry-gas seal are introduced.The paper provides the technical requirements on gas quality filtering unit, pressure adjusting/flowrate control unit, monitoring unit of leakage volume and supply unit of insulating air about dry-gas seal used in West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline.Cause analysis is made on invalided dry-gas seals in Hongliu Compressor Station, Shandan Compressor Station and Hami Compressor Station; replacing pre-filter with GCU, failure issue of dry-gas seal of compressor is solved; daily care requirements on dry-gas seal's running condition of compressor are put forward.
