输油站加热炉烟气除尘系统的技术改进设计

Technical Improvement Design for Fume and Dust Remover System of Heaters

  • 摘要: 介绍了滕县输油站加热炉烟气脱硫除尘系统的技术改进设计要点。根据技术改进设计要求, 提出了除尘系统主体设备的选型依据, 并对除尘系统的主要参数进行了计算; 给出了除尘系统的防腐与保温措施, 提出了风机隔噪与减震处理办法。通过设计改进, 除尘系统达到了自动化程度高、除尘效果好、环境污染轻的技术要求。

     

    Abstract: Design kernel of technical improvement for fume desulfuration and dust remover system of heater in Tengxian Pumping Station is introduced.According to the design requirement of technical improvement, reasons for choosing main equipment of dust remover system is presented, and primary parameters of the system are calculated.The paper proposes corrosion control and insulation measures of the system and provides handlilng method in fan noise insulation and damping.By the design improvement, the technical requirements of the sysemt are attained in high-level automation, better dust removing and slight environmental pollution.
