管道增输器的工作原理与工业应用试验

Operating Principle and Field Testing of Pipeline Boosters

  • 摘要: 介绍了管道增输器的工作原理与工业应用试验。对管道增输器提高输气量的机理进行了分析, 认为管道增输器所产生的振动干扰了准流向漩涡的再生循环, 减小了管道内壁与管输气体的摩擦阻力和输送过程中的压力损失, 使得管道内气体的流速加快, 输气量增大。现场试验表明, 在不改变管道直径和安设增压站的条件下, 管道增输器可显著提高管道的输气量。

     

    Abstract: Working principle and commercial application test of pipeline booster are introduced and mechanism of pipeline booster to increase gas throughput is analyzed.It is considered that shock produced from booster disturbs reprocessing cycle of quasi-direction of flow vortex, reduces frictional drag between inner wall of pipe and gas and pressure loss during gas transmission, which enables the flowing velocity of gas to speed up and gas throughput increase.Field test indicates that pipeline booster can remarkablely raise gas throughput without changing pipe diameter and increasing compressor station.
