陕京输气管道水合物的处理与防范措施

Treatment and Precaution Measures for Natural Gas Hydrate of Shannxi-Beijing Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 以陕京输气管道为例, 讨论了天然气水合物的形成条件, 分析了天然气水合物对输气管道运行安全的影响, 探讨了输气管道内游离水的来源, 给出了判断和预测水合物形成位置以及输气管道发生水合物堵塞或冰堵的方法, 其判断和预测结果与管道实际运行状况相符。提出了陕京输气管道处理与防范天然气水合物堵塞的具体步骤和措施。

     

    Abstract: Taking the Shannxi-Beijing Gas Transmission Pipeline as an example, formation condition of NGH is discussed, influence of NGH on safe running of gas pipeline is analyzed.The paper probes into the origin of free water within pipeline, gives methods to judge and predict the position where NGH formed and NGH plugged oriceblock, which prove that results of judgement and prediction is in accordance with actual running status of gas pipeline.Specific steps and measures to treat and prevent NGH plug for Shannxi-Beijing Gas Transmission Pipeline are put forward.
