凝析气田集输管道内腐蚀分析

Analysis on Inner Corrosion of Gathering Pipelines in Gas Condensate Field

  • 摘要: 针对雅克拉、大涝坝凝析气田集输系统投产仅两年就发生严重腐蚀的问题, 考察了凝析气田的腐蚀环境, 分析了酸性气体、高矿化度水、流体流态、焊缝等腐蚀因素对气田集输管道的腐蚀影响。结果表明, 冲击腐蚀是雅克拉气田单井管道的主要腐蚀形式, 流态和CO2含量是影响腐蚀速率的主要因素; 管底沟槽状和溃疡状腐蚀是这两个气田集输管道腐蚀的共同特点。针对凝析气田集输管道的腐蚀特点, 提出了加强腐蚀检测、更换或修复腐蚀管道、使用耐冲蚀内涂层或缓蚀剂等防腐措施。

     

    Abstract: Gas gathering pipeline systems in Yakela and Dalaoba Condensate Field were seriously corroded only after two-year's operation.In the light of this issue, corrosion environment over the Condensate Fields are investigated, and influence of sour gas, concentrated water, flow patterns and weld seam on gas gathering pipelines in the field is analyzed.Resultsdisplay that erosion corrosion is a primary corrosion type of single-well pipeline of Yakela Condensate Field, flow patterns and CO2 content are main factor in affecting corrosion rate; groovingcorrosion and helcoid corrosion at pipe bottom are common features of gas gathering pipelines in the two field.In allusion to the corrosion features of the pipelines, anti-corrosion measures in strengthening corrosion detection, displacing or repairing corroded pipes and utilizing erosion resistance internal coating or inhibiter are presented.
