管道清管的模糊综合评价

Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation for Pipeline Pigging Process

  • 摘要: 将层次分析法与模糊评判理论应用到管道清管综合评价中, 建立了管道清管的层次分析模型, 运用群组评判的相似性和差异性计算方法, 得出各参评专家的可信度; 基于专家的可信度计算指标权重集以及求解模糊统计方法下的隶属度; 根据建立的因素集、评价集、隶属度函数和权重集, 采用加权平均型的模糊合成算子实现了对管道清管的综合评判。该方法充分考虑了专家之间的差异性, 使评价结果更客观、可靠, 具有普遍适用性, 同时可用于不同清管方案的优选。

     

    Abstract: Hierachical analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory are adopted in pipeling pigging comprehensive evaluation, and hierachical analysis model for pipeline pigging is established.and the credibility of evaluation experts are obtained using similarity and diversity calculation method of group evaluation; indexes weight sets and degree of memberships at fuzzy statistics method are calculated and solved based on the credibility of evaluation experts; comprehensive evaluation on pipeline pigging is realized with weighted average's fuzzy composition operator based on set up factor sets, evaluation sets, function of degree of memberships and weight sets.This method considers adequately the diversity between experts and evaluation results are more objective and reliable with universality, meanwhile it can be used to determine optimized one from different pigging programs.
