Calculation on Positive Preheating Process of Buried Hot Oil Pipelines

  • 摘要: 埋地热油管道投产启输的预热过程是一个不稳定传热过程, 其启输过程的土壤温度场涉及管内介质沿管道横断面(径向和切向) 与轴向的三维非稳态传热问题。对埋地热油管道投产启输正向预热过程的数学模型进行了简化处理, 利用数值计算方法进行求解, 绘制了某输油管道预热介质温度随输送距离的变化曲线。对正向预热过程土壤相对蓄热量进行了计算和分析, 出站温度不同对蓄热量达到稳定的时间无影响, 但会导致蓄热量的绝对值不同。

     

    Abstract: Preheating process during commissioning of buried hot oil pipelline is a process of unsteady heat transfer, and soil temperature field in the process of oil transportation involves in 3D unsteady heat transfer for oil flowed along the transverse section (radial section and tangential section) of pipeline.Simplified treatment on the mathematical model of positive preheating process for buried hot oil pipeline is made and model's solution is carried out with numerical calculation method; curve charts of preheating temperature variation with transportation distance are drawn for some oil pipeline.Calculation and analysis on relevent heat storage capacity of soil during positive preheating are made, and different outlet temperatures do not influence the time for heat storage capacity to achieve at stability, but they will result in different absolute values for heat storage capacity.
